Whether you're a former Marine or just a civilian that want's to make a difference your local Marine Corps League is just the place. The Richard L. Pittman Detachment helps a number of veterans organizations as well as worthwhile charities such as Toys for Tots and the Boy Scouts.
The Richard L. Pittman Detachment #1231 of the Marine Corps League is a non-profit organization within the provisions of IRS Code 501(c)(4), with a special group exemption letter which allows for contributions to be tax deductible by the donor.
